Internalisasi Nilai Cerita Bubuksah–Gagangaking melalui Lawatan Sejarah Goa Selomangleng untuk MGMP Sejarah MA Kabupaten Nganjuk

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai cerita Bubuksah–Gagangaking melalui kegiatan lawatan sejarah di Goa Selomangleng sebagai upaya penguatan kompetensi guru MGMP Sejarah Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Nganjuk. Pembelajaran sejarah di tingkat madrasah umumnya masih berorientasi pada hafalan fakta tanpa mengaitkan nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang bermakna, sehingga diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis pengalaman langsung (experiential learning). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara akademisi, guru, dan pengelola situs budaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta refleksi bersama peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan experiential learning berbasis nilai-nilai budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan pemahaman historis, keterampilan reflektif, serta kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran kontekstual. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat apresiasi terhadap nilai-nilai spiritual, toleransi, dan keikhlasan yang terkandung dalam cerita Bubuksah–Gagangaking, serta mengoptimalkan fungsi Goa Selomangleng sebagai sumber belajar sejarah yang edukatif dan inspiratif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran sejarah berbasis kearifan lokal dan praktis bagi peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi budaya.
